Sports & Team Activities

More than a game—it’s a community. Our military and first responder teams provide camaraderie, competition, and a shared mission of healing through sport. Whether it’s softball, pickleball, frisbee, flag football, or other team activities, we bring Defenders together to stay active and connected.

With one chapter currently in the Columbus, Phenix City, and Fort Moore area, we host games, tournaments, and casual meetups for those looking to compete, stay fit, and build lasting bonds. Join the team, get moving, and be part of something bigger than the game.

Self-Defense Training

True strength comes from confidence, awareness, and readiness. Our self-defense training empowers Defenders with real-world skills to protect themselves and others. We offer a free two-day self-defense boot camp twice a month—giving you the tools to stay prepared and build resilience over time. Sign up for upcoming sessions and take control of your safety!

Gym Memberships

Strength in numbers, strength in self. We support Defenders by providing six-month gym memberships, ensuring fitness remains a priority year-round. Stay active and keep moving forward!
